The Team Building session at CIDER International School on February 3, 2024, proved to be a dynamic and engaging experience for the Junior Section teachers of both Cambridge Curriculum and National Curriculum. The session commenced with a warm welcome from the Executive Director and the Principal, Mr. G.C. Triathi of the school. Mr. Syed Shahariath Hussain, an experienced Corporate Trainer and Team Building Specialist, led the session with a series of ice-breaking activities and positive note-sharing. The training involved interactive exercises such as “Grab the Cup” and team-building games that promoted problem-solving, decision-making, and effective communication. These activities not only provided a fun-filled environment but also delivered valuable lessons on teamwork. Recognition and awards for the best groups and team players added a motivational touch. Ms. Neeti Tripathi, the Vice Principal, extended gratitude to Mr. Syed Shahariath Hussain for the insightful and fruitful session. She highlighted the practical applicability of the team-building strategies in the school’s daily operations.
