2.    Admission Form

The Prospectus & admission form is sold @ Tk. 500 at specific period of admission calendar.

Ø  Admission form is attached with the school prospectus.

Ø  No documents required for collecting the admission form.

Ø  Can be collected from school’s Parents lounge

Ø  Relevant documents along with admission form have to be submitted. These documents are:

a)      2 copies of passport size photograph

b)      Attested Birth Certificate

c)       Latest Report Card

d)      TC (If any)

e)      O-Level/PECE/JSC Certificate (for A Level/ VI onward admission)

Ø  Admission form has to be submitted within deadline. Anyone can submit the form.

Ø  Student has to sit for a written test. (Except Play Group and Nursery. They only sit for an oral test.)

Ø  Timing of written Test:

CC/NC:  Junior Class: 1 to 1.5 hrs.

CC: Senior Class: 1.5 hrs.

NC:  Senior Class: 1.5 Hrs

Ø  After passing the written test then student has to face a VIVA with Section Head/Principal. Both the parents need to be present at VIVA.

Ø  Then the final result sheet will be published at our school notice board within 2 working days.

Ø  After passing both the written test and VIVA & publishing the result, the parent/ guardian needs to collect the admission money receipt from the Parents lounge accounts personnel.

Ø  The payment has to be deposited at earliest at the particular bank as mentioned in the money receipt within the date specified.

Ø  For school uniform, parents can take their children to the tailor room (currently just beside the Parents lounge) for necessary measurement along with the payment.

Ø   All the rates of uniforms are approved by the school.
