Student Led Conference is an empowering initiative where students take the lead in shaping their own educational experiences. Cambridge Primary section organized a Student Led Performance on 3 March 2024 on the school premises. CIDER International School is the pioneer of this initiative in the city of Chattogram to underscore the importance of student commendation and engagement in the learning process.

Students from Playgroup to Grade 5 stood confidently before their parents, teachers, and peers, articulating their academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and personal growth throughout the academic year. The students guided their parents to different stations like the Computer and Art Lab, Music and Dance Room, Sports Arena, and Library.

In this session, students feel great to have the opportunity to share their progress with their parents and teachers. Even their parents are impressed by the level of maturity and confidence they displayed during the conference.
