Grade 5 CC recently had an insightful and informative session on Mental Health as part of their Global Perspectives curriculum. The session was expertly conducted by Ms. Manzuma Murshed, Managing Partner of Mentors’ Chittagong. Ms. Murshed’s wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of mental health made this session truly valuable for the students. She engaged the students in a thought-provoking discussion about the importance of mental well-being in our increasingly interconnected world.

During the session, Ms. Murshed emphasized the significance of understanding and addressing mental health issues as an essential component of being a responsible and empathetic global citizen. She shared practical strategies for managing stress, building resilience, and supporting one another’s mental health within the school community and beyond.

The students were actively involved in the discussion, asking questions, and sharing their own thoughts and experiences. This session not only increased their awareness about mental health but also encouraged them to be more compassionate and supportive towards their peers.

Grade 5 CC is grateful for the opportunity to learn from Ms. Manzuma Murshed, and they now have a deeper understanding of the importance of mental health in the context of Global Perspectives. This session was a valuable addition to their education, empowering them to become more informed and responsible citizens of the world.
