“Road safety is not just a rule; it’s a responsibility we all share to protect lives”

An engaging road safety awareness program was held on 23rd October, 2024 in the CIDER International school’s premises for the students from Class 1 to Class 5, NC Primary. The event began with informative presentations during the school assembly, where teachers highlighted the importance of traffic rules, signs, and safe road behaviors. After the assembly, students participated in some outdoor activities where teachers provided practical explanations on crossing the road safely and the responsibilities of drivers and citizens.

The primary objective of the awareness program was to address the growing menace of traffic rule violations and emphasize the necessity of making people aware of the importance of adhering to traffic rules.

To reinforce learning, the students engaged in a cycling activity, practicing safe riding habits such as wearing helmets and following traffic signs. This initiative aimed to instill a sense of responsibility and awareness about road safety among young students.
