On 18th of February, 2025 CIDER International School held an exhilarating Quiz Competition, where students showcased their knowledge, quick thinking, and teamwork. The event began with the national anthem, filling the venue with a sense of unity and excitement. This was followed by an inspiring speech from the Respected Executive Director Mr. G.C. Tripathi, who emphasised the importance of intellectual curiosity, perseverance, and collaboration, setting the perfect tone for the competition.

Four dynamic teams—The Quizzards, Lexical Legends, Alpha Achievers, and The Brainy Berries—competed in the contest, each determined to claim victory. The teams were mentored by Ms. Samira Jashim, Ms. Ruma Banik, and Ms. Sumaiya Tabassum, who dedicated their time to preparing the participants for this battle of intellect.

The competition featured multiple challenging rounds, including the Quick-Fire Challenge, Tune In & Turn Up, Mysteries & Mazes, and the final Bonus Round – The Ultimate Challenge. Each round tested the students’ ability to think critically, solve problems and strategize under pressure. The energy in the room grew with every correct answer as students engaged in rapid responses, debates, and calculated risks and keeping the audience on the edge of their seats.

As the competition reached its final moments, tension and excitement filled the air. After an intense battle, Team “The Brainy Berries” emerged victorious, demonstrating exceptional teamwork and intellect under the guidance of Ms. Sumaiya Tabassum. Their achievement was met with resounding applause.

The Honourable Principal, Ms. Neeti Tripathi, proudly announced the results and awarded certificates of achievement to all the participants, recognising their dedication and enthusiasm. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by the Thoughtful Academic Coordinator Ms. Amrin Husain, who expressed her appreciation to the participants, mentors, organisers and to all the present prarents for their contributions.

The quiz competition was not just a test of knowledge but an enriching experience that fostered confidence, teamwork, and a passion for learning. It left students inspired and eager for future challenges, marking yet another successful event at CIDER International School.
