On March 24, 2024, PTM was held at CIDER International School in NC Pre Primary section. It was specially arranged for the parents to discuss about the student’s progress as well as the assessment process. In Play group ten parents came to join the PTM. They were very curious to know about the assessment process as this was the first assessment in their life. Teachers of Play Group discussed very well about all the procedures of school. After that in Nursery twenty-three parents came to join the PTM. They were also curious about their child’s assessment as some of the students were new. Nursery teachers discussed the things very nicely to the parents.  They had some questions regarding assessment and the teachers explained them nicely about the process.

Overall the PTM was very helpful for the parents to know the assessment process and the progress of their child. At last, parents were very happy.

The PTM of Unit Assessment 1 (Class 1 to Class 5) was held on 24th March 2024, it was a productive session that aimed at fostering better communication and understanding between the school’s academic section and the parents’ views. The Parent-Teacher Meeting commenced at the scheduled time with a warm welcome and it was extended to all the attendees in the respective each class. The purpose of the meeting was to provide the parents with all the updates about their child’s academic progress, discussion on extracurricular activities and addressed any concerns or queries regarding school policies and procedures. A feedback form was given to the parents to share their concerns or suggestions if they had regarding their child’s educational skills and overall experience about the school. Plans for upcoming assessments and evaluations were outlined to all the parents, thus they can be well-informed about their child’s educational journey in this year. Parents were satisfied with all the systems and procedures of the School’s academic section and administrative services. All the concerns were discussed and solved nicely according to the procedures of NC-Primary section.
