A Pre – PTM of annual assessment was conducted on 13-11-2024 from 1:15pm – 2.00 pm in NC Primary. Interaction between Parents, Class Teachers and Subject Teachers was done regarding annual term syllabus. There was a discussion on student’s performance in individual subjects, students’ discipline in the respective classrooms and their attendance percentage.

In Pre-primary section pre PTM was held on Wednesday, 13th November, 2024 at 11:30 am to 12:00 pm. Class teachers explained the parents about annual assessment question pattern and answered their queries. The PTM went out well.

Parents also shared their positive feedback. Teachers discussed individual student’s performances, detailing strengths and areas that need improvement. Parents were encouraged to engage actively in their child’s academic journey. The PTM included discussions on students’ behavioral and social development. Teachers shared observations and parents were given an opportunity to express any concerns or insights regarding their child’s behavior at school. The PTM also served as a platform to discuss future plans for the academic year, including upcoming events, examinations, and initiatives. Parents were encouraged to actively participate in school activities. Both parents and teachers had the chance to offer feedback and suggestions for further improvement in the teaching-learning process and school environment. Overall, the Parent-Teacher Meeting was a constructive and collaborative effort to strengthen the bond between the school and parents.
