On May 13, 2025, a Pre-Parent-Teacher-Meeting (Pre-PTM) was held at CIDER International School for the NC, Pre-Primary Section. The main purpose of the meeting was to inform parents about their children’s academic progress and to explain the assessment process.

In the Play Group, three parents attended the session. As it was the first assessment experience for their children, they were eager to learn about the procedures. The Play Group teachers explained the assessment process clearly which helped reassure the parents.

In the Nursery section, fifteen parents joined the meeting. Since some of the students were new, parents were particularly curious about how their children would be assessed. Nursery teachers addressed all their concerns and explained the process effectively.

In KG, twenty-four parents participated in the Pre-PTM. Many new parents had questions about the assessment structure and were keen to understand the process. The KG teachers provided detailed explanations, helping parents understand how their children would be evaluated.

Overall, the Pre-PTM was very informative and beneficial for the parents. It served as a valuable platform for communication between parents and teachers, allowing parents to gain clarity on their child’s progress and the upcoming assessment. By the end of the session, the parents expressed their satisfaction and appreciation for the school’s efforts.
