Inter House Quiz Competition of NC Primary is regarded as one of the most competitive and exciting competitions of the calendar. All the students waits eagerly to take part at this competition. This year due to the ongoing pandemic NC Primary section of CIDER International School has organized the competition online.
The first took place on 14th January, 2021 at the creative hearts classes. English teachers uploaded the quiz bank and the rules of the competition three days earlier to the first round. The students of Grade 2, 3 and 4 took part and 12 students were selected from the Dragon, Griffin, Phoenix and Unicorn House. Students answered questions verbally asked by the English teachers of their respective classes.
The Grand Finale of the quiz competition took place on 23rd January, 2021 (Saturday). The Finale was divided into four rounds namely Quick Quiz, Test Your GK, Audio Visual Round followed by the Puzzle and Riddles Round. All the finalists enthusiastically took part at the competition.
Dragon House became victorious beating the Phoenix House on a nail biting Tiebreaker round. The difference among the houses were minimum and none of the houses has given any comfort space to others.
The Vice Principal of the school Ms. Neeti Tripathi addressed the students and congratulated them for their brilliant performance. The Academic Coordinator Ms. Amrin Hussain and the Assistant Academic Coordinator Ms. Nusrat were also enjoyed the session.
The competition ended by saying good bye and thanks to all the teachers and participants.
