The “Just a Minute” (JAM) session was conducted in NC Primary section with a great enthusiasm and energy among the students. It was a fun and educational activity aimed at building confidence, improving public speaking skills and encouraging quick thinking.
Each child picked a chit containing a surprise topic. After a few moments to gather their thoughts, they spoke for one minute on the chosen topic without any hesitation, repetition, or long pauses. The topics were age-appropriated and designed to spark creativity and expression.
The children participated with excitement and showed a great courage in speaking in front of their peers. Some spoke confidently while others were shy but gave it their best try. The activity helped to develop their communication skills, vocabulary and self-confidence.
Teachers encouraged every child, offering positive feedback and support throughout the activity. Overall, the JAM session was a lively and joyful event that transformed learning into an engaging game, giving each child a unique moment to shine.
