We are very glad to know that CIDER International School, NC Senior School, organized Intra-School Badminton Tournament-2024. It was held on 27th January, Saturday, in school auditorium. This tournament was divided into two groups. Group A (VI & VII, Boys and Girls) and Group B (VIII, IX&X, Boys and Girls). Our honourable Executive Director and Principal Mr. G.C. Tripathi inaugurated the tournament. Final match was held between Rashmiya Hrida vs Agrashori Barua, Ayman Jawad vs Umayeer Hossain, Samira Akter vs Hafsa Binte Jashim and Tahsin Araf vs Abu Omar Khan.
In final match, Rashmiya defeated Agrashori by 2-1 sets, Ayman Jawad defeated Umayeer by 2-0 sets, Samira defeated Hafsa by 2-1 sets and Araf defeated Ziad by 2-1 sets. Sreyasini Das, Al Sakin Albhi, Safwana Samrin and Zahin Abrar were the best players of the tournament. Later, on 28th January, in the school assembly prize giving ceremony was held. Our honourable Executive Director and Principal Sir Mr. G.C. Tripathi distributed the prizes trophy among the Champions and Runners-up. Our respected Section Coordinator Ms. Mukti Chowdhury, GLC Ms. Papri Nandy, Mr. Rezaul Karim, Activity Coordinator Mr. Sattanjoy and all the respected teachers were present there. The entire program was conducted by Mr. Shimul Barua.
