Inter-school football competition was organized recently at the lush green picturesque ground of CIDER. The ground was befittingly bedecked on the occasion providing individual dug out to all the participating teams. A total of six teams locked horns where finally CIDER had the last laugh. CIDER [C.C.] dominated in each of their matches showing a mesmerizing display of footballing skill that literally befuddled the opposition as they had no clue as to what was happening. The dominance was so overwhelming that the final was held between CIDER CC and N.C. The most-rated player in the competition was the captain of the side – S.M. Ilhan – whose skills were a treat to watch. Every time he got the ball, he either created chances or scored himself. He can certainly be termed the future of Bangladesh football.
