On 15th January 2025, the Grade 4 and 5 students of CIDER CC, along with their teachers and supporting staff, had an exciting field trip to Chittagong Veterinary University. The students were eager to explore the university and learn about its important work in animal care and science.

During the visit, the students got a chance to see different animals and learn how veterinarians take care of them. They also visited the research labs and were able to ask questions to the professors and students working there. The university staff gave the students a tour of the campus and explained how animals are treated for various health problems.

Grade level coordinator Ms. Rahena Yesmin, teachers and supporting staff were very helpful throughout the trip, making sure the students were safe and guiding them in their learning. The students were very engaged and curious, asking many questions about the animals, research, and the work done at the university. It was a wonderful opportunity for them to learn beyond the classroom and see real-life applications of science.

Everyone enjoyed the trip, and it helped the students understand more about animal care and the importance of science in our daily lives. It was an educational and fun experience for all, with the teachers and supporting staff playing a key role in making the trip successful.
