This is for your kind information that the Bangladesh Govt has issued one student Unique ID form for all the students of National Curriculum, Primary. We are sending the form along with the students who are attending the classes physically. Soft copy of the form is available in the Google Classroom and hard copies are available in the front office of the school. You are requested to fill the form and submit it to the school by 11th October 2021. Details are given in the Google Classroom.
