We don’t remember days, we remember moments. -Cesare Pavese

I couldn’t agree more with this quote. Cider is not just about academics, it’s about experiencing the flavours of various events. From events like Boshonto Utshob to Mother Language Day that let us devour into our cultural roots, a taste of diversified culture such as Halloween Celebrations to World Water Day, we have seen it all at Cider. The entire school is seen dressed up and in festive mood to engage in the events in full spirit. The delightful parents of our students are also seen enjoying themselves and clicking selfies in our programs. These stimulating moments experienced from all of us are never to be forgotten.

This February, Cider organized International Mother Language Day in an exalt manner which was grander than ever in the history of Cider. From the decoration to the awestruck performances by Cider’s own spirited students, the whole ambience was an emotionally filled tribute to the martyrs of Bangladesh.

This time we also celebrated Women’s Day in honour of all the women in our lives. The children were taught about the importance of the roles a women plays in our lives; be it of a mother, a sister, a grandmother, a best friend or a teacher, our lives are incomplete without their guidance in several situations. The little tots were asked to prepare cards in honour of the women who are most important to them, which they filled up with their love.

World Water Day was yet another successful event where the children learned the importance of every countless drop of water. They were engaged in some classroom activities to raise awareness to save water, and Voila! By the end of the day they were cautious about wasting water which they proudly showcased with happy faces.

Then the much awaited event arrived on 1st April 2017, which was organized for the first time ever- The Cider Expo Day. Well, as the famous quote says that ‘actions speak louder than words’ it was once again time to experience the biggest event till date to take place at Cider. It was time to stop reading about Cider but to go and witness for real what we have been talking about so far. We were happy to receive the warm response from our parent community. Kindly keep showing the same faith and trust on us and we shall be soon fulfilling all your expectations.
