At CIDER CC Primary School, a Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) was recently held for the Unit Test 2 examinations in the respective classrooms. The event was designed to encourage meaningful conversations between teachers and parents, ensuring the best possible support for the students during their academic journey.
Before the main PTM, a Pre-exam PTM session took place, giving teachers and parents an opportunity to come together and exchange valuable feedback. This early meeting allowed both parties to discuss the students’ progress, identify areas of strength, and highlight areas that needed more focus. Teachers shared insights about the upcoming tests, while parents were able to ask questions and share their perspectives on how to best support their child’s learning at home..
Following the meeting, the school made an effort to gather further feedback from parents by providing a digital Google Form. This form offered parents an opportunity to provide constructive feedback on the meeting and the school’s overall approach to supporting their child’s education. The digital format ensured that parents could easily share their thoughts and suggestions at their convenience, making it easier for the school to gather insights and make improvements where necessary.
With the feedback from both the PTM and the digital Google Forms, the school is dedicated to continually improving its approach and providing the best educational experience for all students.
