Field trips are an essential component of experiential learning, allowing students to apply their knowledge and skills to practical situations, connect with the world around them, and gain a deeper understanding of various subjects. Acknowledging this, on 10th October 2023, students of CIDER International School NC Primary of grades 3-5 had the privilege of visiting the Police Liberation War Museum. The museum is dedicated to preserving and commemorating the role of the police during the Liberation War, and our field trip was an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of this crucial period in history. It was a great initiative to enhance their educational experience.

During the field trip, the students gained valuable insights into the Liberation War and the role of the police. They learned about the dedication and bravery of the officers, who played a vital part in the fight for independence. They also understood the historical context of the war and how it shaped the Bangladesh we know today.

The field trip to the Police Liberation War Museum was an educational and eye-opening experience. It allowed the students to connect with their nation’s history and appreciate the sacrifices made during the Liberation War. The students left the museum with a profound sense of gratitude for the police force and a deeper understanding of our country’s history.
